They had lodged a DA for a mixed-use development, with an amendment soon after focusing on purely commercial outcomes. What they needed next was site funding at a high LVR and a flexible funding solution to allow sufficient time to bring the exciting project to life.
We rolled up our sleeves and got to work. With traditional lenders unlikely to support the required leverage, we structured a $3.65M senior facility through a private lender at 75% LVR, with a blended interest rate of 9.95% p.a. up to 65%, and 16.50% p.a. between 65% – 75%.
